Mojo Monday 171

Alrighty - this is officially my first ever attempt at the Mojo Monday challenge!  I was so excited about submitting an entry that I did TWO!  Both Valentine's related, of course:)  Both use stamps from the Stamps of Life stamp set hearts2love, as well as patterned cardstock from one of my faves My Mind's Eye!  Hope you like them as much as I do!

Oh, the holidays!

Well, it has only been forever since I've posted on here!  I just can't seem to multitask doing up the holidays and posting on here.  Luckily, I am off this whole week, so here I am ready to post some recent fun stuff:)  As usual, Christmas has just flown by!  I am posting a few Christmas projects I did over the holidays.  One is a pic of the Christmas card we sent out with a photo of our son.  The other two are little paper projects I totally enjoyed.  One being paper Christmas trees and the other pic of some totally cute letters I bought from an awesome store called Paper Source, that I covered in paper and embellished.  Of course I have two projects that DIDN'T get done!  One being an advent calendar I bought from Kaiser Craft and the other is a totally cute Christams house from Stampin' Up - both will be projects from next year.  I had to admit defeat when it was two days before Christmas and I didn't have either of these projects done!  Luckily, we still have New Year's to look forward to!  We will be having our annual New Year's Eve celebration at our house again - just a laid-back, casual get-together of our most close and cherished friends and family.  New Year's just the way I like it - quiet and safe:)

Anyhoo, then it's on to the next holiday - Valentine's Day!  Next to Christmas, Valentine's Day is my other most favorite holiday - maybe that's because it's also my Dad's birthday (and maybe because my birthday is the day after!) - love you Dad:)  So I have posted pics of the first Valentine's Day cards I have made.  I made these with my Stamps of Life stamp set - woohoo!  Hoping to get these posted to the Stamps of Life Gallery today:)  Have I said how much I just LOVE the Stamps of Life and how totally awesome their club is.  I have never been disappointed yet with the stamps I get each month.  It's like getting a little present in the mail every month:)  So here's all my pics - enjoy and have a very HAPPPY and very SAFE New Year!

So Many Projects, So Little Time!

So I've been busy, busy, busy with Halloween and all the projects I've been working on and wanting to work on!  Halloween was just fabulous, spending it with my husband and our little Darth Vadar, as well as great friends!  Now onto the next holiday.  Halloween is already taken down and Thanksgiving has gone up!  Now to work on Thanksgiving cards and Christmas projects!  I just LOVE the holidays:)  Here are a few pics from our Halloween as well as some of the projects I've been working on.  I participated in my first ever banner swap over at Two Peas in a Bucket.  It was SO much fun - I can't wait to do another one!  I also created a cute Christmas-themed decorative frame.  I have so many other projects I want to do that I don't know where to start!  Not to mention I must get going on ideas for Christmas cards - I just know I want to include a photo of our little guy.  Christmas is my fave, fave, favorite holiday of the year, so I plan to post MANY more Christmas projects in the coming weeks!  Enjoy!

Ippity stamps are here!

I am so excited my ippity stamps have finally arrived!  I hope to get to working with them in the next couple of nights and get some pics of projects posted ASAP!  If interested in ordering, just let me know by email.  I soon hope to have Pay Pal set up to purchase stamps directly from my blog!  In the meantime here are a couple of pics of projects I recently worked on.  The Halloween treat bags are for my son's preschool class - they're just the right size for his toddler friends!  The Christmas card is using the recently released christmas set from The Stamps of Life - just love that line of stamps!

Unity Fun!  I finally got a couple of cards done with some awesome Unity stamps!  One for Thanksgiving in which I used the "give Thanks" stamp from the kit of the month.  The other is just a fun card because I LOVE the margarita and "lime in the coconut" theme!  Hope to get some more posted soon - until then, enjoy! :)
